The Retention Protocol

1Step 1: Cool the Gut (Diet)

Avoid: Garlic, Onion, Meat, Eggs, and Spicy Masalas for dinner.
Dinner: Eat light and early (by 7 PM).
Remedy: Drink Bottle Gourd (Lauki) juice with a pinch of black pepper in the morning. It is highly alkaline and cooling.

2Step 2: Clear the Bowels

Use the DIP diet to ensure smooth bowel movements. If constipated, take Triphala powder with warm water at night.

3Step 3: Sleep Hygiene

Posture: Sleep on your right side. Sleeping on the back increases blood flow to the genitals.
Bladder: Empty bladder before bed.
Cold Wash: Wash genitals with cold water before sleeping to sedate the nerves.
