Dr BRC Clinic@Home is a holistic healthcare initiative offering both online and offline consultation services through trained WISE Experts and Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s core team of Ayurvedic and Allopathic doctors.

Each enrolled patient under the scheme receives:

• A personalised Circadian Chart
• Virtual monitoring & emergency support for 1 month
• One year of expert guidance from the assigned WISE Expert

This initiative integrates modern technology with natural healing to support long-term health and wellness.

If other therapies are taken at the physical clinic location then charges may be for that therapy separately.

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of ₹6,500 is required to access the GRAD Patient App and begin treatment services.

Payments can be completed through the official Razorpay link or other authorised payment methods shared by the Dr BRC Clinic.

Service initiation begins only after payment confirmation.

Patients receive access to a 24/7 emergency contact number for one month after registration.

This line provides immediate health guidance in urgent situations.

However, this facility does not replace hospital-based or emergency medical care. In case of severe medical emergencies, patients must contact local emergency services immediately.

The program follows scientifically designed and evidence-based natural healing systems, including:

• D.I.P. Diet (Disciplined & Intelligent People’s Diet)
• GRAD Circadian Chart
• Zero Volt Therapy
• Ayurvedic Panchkarma Therapies
• Other integrative and personalised healing methods

Treatment plans are customised according to each patient’s condition.

Patients are strongly advised to follow all given instructions carefully for the best possible results.

The Dr BRC Clinic@Home initiative does not guarantee specific medical outcomes, as results depend on each individual’s lifestyle, adherence to the plan, and medical history.

All therapies, remedies, and medications must be used only under expert guidance.

The services are educational and guidance-based; they are not a replacement for emergency or intensive medical treatment.

Neither Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury, the WISE Experts, nor the HIIMS Group of Hospitals shall be held liable for any adverse effects or outcomes arising from:

• Non-compliance with the prescribed health plan
• Incomplete disclosure of medical history
• Parallel use of other medical treatments without informing your assigned expert

Patients are responsible for sharing their complete health background before starting the program to ensure safe and effective treatment.

All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to the services offered under this initiative shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana (India), in accordance with Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury’s policy.

All personal and medical information shared by patients is treated as strictly confidential and used solely for diagnosis, treatment, and program monitoring.

The GRAD Patient App and its associated systems comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Data will not be shared with any unauthorised third party without explicit patient consent, except when required by law.

Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury and the HIIMS Team reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the program—including protocols, schedules, fees, or terms—without prior notice.

Any such updates will be published on the official website or communicated through official channels.

Once the registration is completed and payment is made, the ₹6,500 registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

Refunds, transfers, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances after payment confirmation.

By completing the registration and payment process, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
